Pursuivi pour "coups et blessures volontaires" sur un CRS en mars, Clément Onimus, jeune agrégé d'histoire, doctorant à l'Ecole pratique des hautes études et moniteur à la Sorbonne, a été relaxé par la 24e chambre correctionnelle du tribunal de Paris. L'enseignant de 27 ans était accusé d'avoir lancé une bouteille en verre sur le bouclier d'un CRS lors d'une manifestation place de la Sorbonne, le 26 mars.

Clément Onimus avait été interpellé à l'issue de l'évacuation de la Sorbonne, alors occupée par des étudiants et des professeurs. Placé en garde à vue, puis transféré au dépôt du palais de justice, où il a passé quarante heures, il avait été identifié par un policier comme l'auteur du lancer. Une accusation formellement démentie par le doctorant, qui souligne, entre autres incohérences dans le dossier, que les vêtements qu'il portait ne correspondaient pas à ceux décrits par le policier.

Il est convoqué une première fois devant le tribunal le 27 mai, mais le procès sera reporté. Depuis, Clément Onimus n'a eu de cesse de récolter photos et témoignages afin de prouver son innocence.

"MACHINATION POLICIÈRE"

Mercredi 9 septembre au matin, une cinquantaine de personnes s'étaient mobilisées pour soutenir le jeune enseignant – familles, amis, étudiants, professeurs, membres du collectif Sauvons l'université ou de la Ligue des droits de l'homme. Clément Onimus, qui se dit victime d'une "machination policière", a été décrit par ses trois témoins comme un homme extrêmement sérieux et calme.

After trying out Office 2010, Office 2010 I found that I really like it. Outlook 2010 I purchased Office for install Microsoft outlook 2010 on 3 computers Office 2010 key and it was easy to install on the laptop. Microsoft Office 2010 I just got online with Microsoft gave them Microsoft Office my product and in 8 minutes I was off and Microsoft outlook running. With trying to install on Office professional 2010 my XP system, that is a different story. I can't even install until I have the latest MSXML very installed for Office 2010 download which I cannot find the version they are looking for or any Office 2007 information on it. So I am disappointed that it is this much of a hassle to get software loaded onto an existing Microsoft system.
