Université Jean-Monnet: neuf étudiants sanctionnés - Le Progrès

Le conseil de discipline de l’Université Jean-Monnet qui s’est réuni le 28 septembre dernier, a rendu sa décision qui vient d’être notifiée aux étudiants concernés par lettre recommandée.

Quatre étudiant(e) s ont reçu un blâme, un(e) autre est frappé(e) d’un an d’interdiction d’inscription à l’université Jean-Monnet avec sursis, et quatre autres de deux ans d’interdiction d’inscription à l’UJM, avec sursis également. Les faits remontent au mois de juin dernier, alors que l’Université de Saint-Étienne connaissait le plus long, et le plus fort mouvement de grève de son histoire. La condamnation, infligée selon le degré de participation à ces faits, a été plutôt mal accueillie par le comité de soutien qui s’est constitué dès le départ pour épauler les étudiants poursuivis. Les neuf étudiants ont annoncé qu’ils feraient appel de cette décision. Ils disposent d’un délai de deux mois pour saisir la section disciplinaire du CNESER (conseil national de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche), compétente en la matière.
