La réforme de la formation des enseignants, encore appelée "masterisation", aura réussi une chose : refaire l'unité syndicale contre elle. Enseignants, universitaires, parents d'élèves, étudiants, lycéens... vont manifester aujourd'hui pour réclamer son retrait ou au moins une sérieuse refonte. Pourtant Luc Chatel et Valérie Pécresse entendent conclure au plus vite, si possible avant Noel.

La réforme du lycée divise les syndicats. Il y a les "pros", avec quelques réserves, comme le Sgen-CFDT et l'Unsa, et les "antis" comme le Snes-FSU et le Snalc. Les enseignants d'histoire-géographie, ceux de SES (sciences économiques et sociales) et d'autres encore sont aussi montés au créneau. Les medias en ont parlé, l'opinion s'y est intéressée. .

Le problème avec la réforme de la formation des enseignants, c'est qu'elle est technique et donc compliquée. Elle a d'abord été présentée en 2008, est devenue un point dur de la mobilisation universitaire, a alors été reportée d'un an, a donné lieu à de nouvelles consultations, a été représentée le 13 novembre dernier avec des arbitrages ministériels qui ont encore fâché tout le monde.... Du coup, on en a perdu le fil.

Tous la critiquent. Mais souvent pour des raisons différentes. Tentons donc d'y voir clair alors qu'une large intersyndicale appelle à une mobilisation, à quelques jours des vacances de Noel, ce qui n'est probablement pas le meilleur moment pour mobiliser les foules.

Un bref rappel de la réforme. Désormais pour être recrutés, tous les enseignants devront avoir un master - soit un bac plus cinq. Jusqu'ici, il leur fallait une licence mais beaucoup, dans le secondaire, avaient au delà. Officiellement, il s'agit ainsi de revaloriser la profession afin de pouvoir mieux payer les débutants, jugés mal payés par Nicolas Sarkozy, et de mettre la France au diapason de l'Europe - où la plupart des enseignants seraient déjà recrutés au niveau master.
