Les principaux syndicats des enseignants du supérieur appellent à manifester devant l'Assemblée nationale le 13 novembre contre le projet de budget 2010 qui, selon eux, "ne permet en rien de rattraper le retard abyssal de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche en France".

"Ce budget traduit une politique gouvernementale qui tourne le dos à une politique publique répondant aux besoins économiques et sociaux", estiment l'organisation étudiante UNEF et les syndicats FSU, UNSA, CGT, CFDT de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche dans un communiqué commun diffusé mercredi.

"Alors que la ministre se vante d'un bilan du chantier 'carrières' et d'une revalorisation 'historique' des enseignants-chercheurs (...), rien n'est prévu pour la résorption de la précarité, alors que le recours aux CDD ne fait que croître avec la multiplication des financements sur projets", dénoncent notamment les syndicats.

Ils déplorent également que le financement du 10e mois de bourse étudiante annoncé par Nicolas Sarkozy ne figure pas dans le projet de budget 2010.

Les syndicats réclament un plan pluriannuel de recrutements, le "rétablissement de tous les postes supprimés en 2009" ou encore "l'inscription immédiate de 155 millions d'euros supplémentaires dans le budget vie étudiante pour financer le 10e mois de bourse".

Ils appellent à un rassemblement devant l'Assemblée nationale le 13 novembre à 10h, "jour du vote du budget de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche".
