La question de la réforme des concours de l’Education Nationale et de ses incidences sur les masters reste pendante depuis la fin juillet et risque de raviver de fortes tensions dans les universités. En juillet, même si quelques questions n’avaient pas encore été réglées (la date des concours, les stages, la formation professionnelle - indispensable - pendant l’année de professeur stagiaire à horaire réduit), de nombreux points avaient fait l’objet d’un consensus.

Les textes publiés cet été ont confirmé que ces concours se situeraient en seconde année de master (ce qui est inévitable pour des concours à bac + 5), sauf pour l’agrégation, dont la préparation se fera après le master (de recherche dans l’esprit des discussions menées d’avril à juillet). Ce dernier point correspond au souhait d’AutonomeSup : une année supplémentaire pour l’agrégation et une véritable initiation à la recherche pour des professeurs amenés à enseigner en lycée, mais aussi dans les formations post-baccalauréat, y compris les premiers cycles universitaires. Depuis, le Ministère a mis en place des commissions dont la personnalité des responsables a pu surprendre (pourquoi désigner quelqu’un qui s’est publiquement opposé aux points d’accord obtenus lors des discussions avec les organisations syndicales ?) et qui travaillent dans le secret : à notre connaissance, elles n’ont pas encore entendu les organisations syndicales. Cette manière de faire ne laisse pas d’inquiéter.
